Build Stronger Teams, Enhance Communication

DiSC Behavioural Profiles provide a robust framework for understanding and enhancing individual and team dynamics. DiSC delves into the nuances of your behaviour traits and workstyle within a team setting.
Through a carefully designed online DiSC assessment, managers and team members will gain valuable and personalised insights into their preferred communication style, decision-making processes, inherent strengths, and blind spots. This exploration goes beyond surface-level observations, providing a deeper understanding of what drives each team member.
Each participant receives a tailored 25-page report with insights on strengths & weaknesses and actionable suggestions on how to adapt behaviour for better collaboration.
This invaluable report offers guidance on leveraging individual strengths to create a more cohesive and productive working environment. It’s not just about identifying styles; it’s about facilitating positive change and improved interaction.

A DiSC profile has four dimensions. Individuals can be high, low, or anywhere in between on each dimension.
D = Dominance: How you respond to problems and challenges
I = Influence: How you influence people and contacts to your point of view
S = Steadiness: How you respond to change in terms of pace and consistency
C = Conscientiousness: How you respond to procedures and constraints set by others

Our DiSC Behavioural Assessment process includes 5 steps:

A kick-off call with Claire to explain the DiSC process, how the report will help you tackle current work challenges and answer any questions you may have. This initial consultation sets the stage for a smooth and effective experience.
Individuals receive a link to complete an online questionnaire. This 10-15 minute assessment is designed to be time-efficient while providing rich data for the personalised reports.
Each participant immediately receives a detailed and insightful report outlining their DiSC style, strengths, weaknesses, communication preferences, and potential areas for development. This report is tailored to the individual, providing specific and relevant information.
This is a dedicated session with Claire to interpret the report, discuss key insights, and develop actions for individual and team improvement. This debriefing session is crucial for translating the report’s findings into practical steps tailored to your role and career ambitions.
Behaviour change takes time and accountability. Monthly personalised emails are sent monthly after the DiSC debrief, inviting the participant to reflect on their progress and renew their commitment to improving or developing a workplace behaviour identified in their DiSC report.
Facilitated interactive workshops where Claire expertly maps team DiSC styles, investigates similarities and differences in behavioural tendencies and highlights where there is potential for increased collaboration and the likelihood of misunderstandings or clashes. These workshops foster understanding, improve communication, and build stronger team relationships.
DiSC Behavioural Profiles are particularly useful for those working in fully remote or hybrid roles, where there’s not as much opportunity to get to know colleagues’ preferred work styles and communication is constrained by technology and timezones.

Learn to articulate your point of view and influence others more effectively – especially those with different DiSC styles. Reducing workplace miscommunication leads to less frustration and more effective collaboration – particularly between departments – to get quality work done faster.
Increase your knowledge of different behavioural tendencies to gain a deeper understanding of sources of conflict within the team. Implement constructive strategies for faster, more satisfactory resolutions. This promotes a more harmonious and positive work environment, reducing wasted time and energy.
Gain a deeper and more profound understanding of your behavioural tendencies and motivations and how these influence interactions with others. This heightened self-awareness allows individuals to leverage their strengths more consciously. Seeing suggested areas for improvement written down in black and white is an excellent catalyst for constructive and sustained behaviour change.
Reveal behavioural gaps, highlight areas of potential friction, and build a more harmonious and productive team dynamic. This is especially crucial for remote and hybrid teams where in-person interaction is limited and miscommunication is common.
Empower individuals with actionable steps to address weaknesses, manage blind spots, and build upon their strengths, leading to increased confidence, improved performance, and greater job satisfaction.
Receive a personalised 25-page report for long-term reference and an action plan developed during the 1-on-1 debrief with Claire. These tangible resources provide ongoing support for continued growth and development.
Monthly succinct emails focusing on agreed and specific insights or behaviours to improve help keep participants on track in developing sustainable behaviour change. In a busy work environment, depending on willpower alone to produce a significant impact isn’t enough.

“I had the pleasure of working with Claire as she delivered DISC profiling and coaching across our organisation—and the impact has been genuinely outstanding. From the outset, Claire brought a deep understanding of behavioural styles, combined with a warm and engaging approach that made the sessions both insightful and accessible to everyone involved.
The feedback from teams has been overwhelmingly positive. People not only felt seen and understood, but they also walked away with practical tools to improve communication, collaboration, and self-awareness. Whether working with senior leaders or front-line teams, Claire has tailored her approach to suit the audience and brought a clarity that helped unlock meaningful growth.
Beyond the sessions themselves, Claire has helped embed a common language around behaviour and communication that continues to shape how we work together. I’d highly recommend Claire to any organisation looking to build stronger, more self-aware teams.”

“I will always thank my lucky stars I got to work with Claire at such a crucial time in my life. I’d lost all joy in coming to the office, was incredibly stressed and jaded with the system. She stuck with me, turned me around and gave me the tough love I needed to hear. She encouraged me to pursue extra curricular activities and helped me find a new role, a new path. I now tell the people I mentor how much Claire inspired me and raised me from my lowest point”

“I had the pleasure of working with Claire as my coach while at Google. One of the things I appreciated most was Claire’s ability to help me see things that I had missed. She has a unique perspective and a keen eye for detail, and she uses this to help people uncover new insights and understand their motivations and behaviors. Her feedback is always insightful and actionable, providing a clear path forward that is easy to understand and implement”
Understand how DiSC will elevate the impact you make at work and how it will improve your entire teams’productivity. Share with your HR management or senior leadership!

The DiSC behavioural assessment typically takes 10-15 minutes.
You should answer the questions based on how you behave currently in your work environment. The DiSC assessment provides insights into your workplace tendencies and behaviours.
If you self-fund your DiSC assessment, your DiSC profile report is confidential. You will receive a personal copy of the 25-page report, and Claire will review the results with you one-on-one. The report will not be shared with your employer unless you choose to do so.
Suppose your company funds DiSC assessments; Claire and HR/managers will agree on how the personalised reports will be shared or restricted. This will be clearly communicated to you before you take the assessment.
Very honest! As with all assessments that rely on self-reported data, the higher the quality of the input, the higher the accuracy and usefulness of the output. There are no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ DiSC profiles. There are no ‘better’ or ‘worse’ styles. The report is designed to give you information so that you can make informed changes to your work behaviours that will increase your work satisfaction and fulfilment.
After you complete the online DiSC survey, you will receive your personalised DiSC profile report via email. You will then schedule a 1-hour debrief session with Claire to interpret the insights in detail. During this session, Claire will help you identify your most relevant strengths, weaknesses, and strategies for improving your workplace relationships and performance. You’ll then receive several monthly emails inviting you to review specific sections of your report and reflect on your progress vs any goals you set for yourself in our debrief session.
Yes, the DiSC profile report is yours to keep. It is a valuable resource for self-awareness and professional development, and you can refer to it for years to come.
